...but my boat came that way. There's a perfectly good rudder shaft right there for a tiller. I need to get rid of my steering gear and put that there...
...but it's all awesome, with a bronze rack and pinion, with a massive sprocket system there in place belowdeck. Dumb hong kong trying to appeal to this nonsense! But the binnacle is SO NICE! And the steering is pretty excellent... but not like with a tiller, to be sure!
