I mean, Irish history is basically a thousand years of getting fucked by the British, and Irish culture is a thousand years of finding ways to piss the Brits off.

Progressive rags like the Irish times use date anti-brit sentiment to push whatever globalist crap they currently favour. Pro-EU? "The brits hate the EU! We should totally take it up the ass from brussels to show them!" White replacement? "The brits are all racists, we should make them mad by flooding our country with savages." Etc.

This shit is just more of the same. I'd have some modicum of respect for them if they were willing to write this kind of stuff about the people attacking our country, but they support them instead.

Ahh okay, the context helps. Honestly the Irish have every right to tell the Brits to go fuck themselves, but if this is about suckling deeper from the EU teat... yeah, Ireland doesn’t need that either.

Eh, kinda. We gained independence over a century ago, at this point it's kinda like being that guy who won't shut up about his ex. Also, I've noticed that groups and nations which do nothing but whine about oppression (past or present) tend to be the ones who don't achieve anything of note. It's a jewish trick.

I agree with you, and yet is was an apt comparison. The royals are a circus.

Also, I thought while reading that, “you guys have a hobbit as head of state. You wanna be talking this loud?”

Kek, yeah. I don't think even the left take that little gremlin seriously. Mostly he won because:

  • No one wanted the corrupt "right wing" candidate

  • No one wanted the IRA candidate

  • The other popular lefty candidate was pro-palestinian and got smeared by an anonymous pro-israeli whistleblower and the press

  • There was a popular non-establishment candidate who looked like he might have won, but he was smeared by the state broadcaster. They claimed he was associated with the CIA and eastern european arms dealing, but they had no evidence of either. Years later he won a defamation case against them for a few million euros, but the jounalist who created the smear saw no consequences (actually she was promoted) and no one was fired.

Yeah but we chose the hobbit (I didn’t, but you know what I mean). Being ruled by someone because they have a divine right to rule you is weird and pretty archaic in comparison.
