I wonder if they dye and mold the different colors of meat separately then assemble and package them together to create the face, or if they have some kind of machine that dyes it while it’s a solid cylinder of meat mush. If it was the first way then it would be pretty easy to pop the eyes and mouth parts out and wear them on your face like a horrifying bologna clown mask

Probably done with co-extrusion dies. would be tricky to get it all set up right with the right flow rates and stuff, but once set up you could run it pretty quick that way.
