blacks have over all worse health, if you gave them money their health would improve, so they are not really wrong, how ever it would not be by much
if you had classes on nutrition, finance, and an emphasis on physical fitness you would have dramatically reduced the effect of the pandemic
the pandemic hit the most unhealthy nations the hardest, if a young person dies from the virus you can pretty much guarantee they are either ill or obese, so there is many things that could have been done to reduce the body count of the pandemic, like locking down care homes and telling everyone not at risk from the virus to just carry on as normal and let the virus burn its self out

Why do rich individuals in countries w/ socialized medicine always travel to the US for life saving procedures? Everyone pays to live. Some people just pay exorbitant taxes for shitty healthcare that keeps them poor.
