We need more black doctors, who should exclusively treat blacks. (you know how white barbers don't know how to handle black hair and how blacks have to seek fellow black barbers?) Blacks deserve to feel comfortable with their doctor instead of being reminded of the white privilege and the injustice done to them when they are already in pain.
Its also a trust thing that members of one race (but races don't exist) trust people of their own race more.
Also it could help disenfranchised blacks who may not have had the same privileges as whites in school (which are geared only towards whites style of learning) if they hear instructions about their health in ebonics, which in turn could lead to a higher life expectancy (especially of black males between 16 and 30 who for some racist reason seem to die more than any other group.)
