Exactly, (((they)) know the number is insignificant, so they have to keep testing people with a test that is wrong upwards of 70% of the time so they can blast the news with. "Cases are rising at an alarming rate". If they finished the sentence with honesty it would be.
"Cases are rising at an alarming rate, but the death rate has plateaued, and the test is highly inaccurate". But they'll never tell the sheep that.
