That fat needs the wide stance as to not fall with the weight so very widely distributed your feet should be set at the outside diameter to give actual balance, now those shoes as Al Bundy stated many times are not powerful enough to hold up against a large load like that. Worst part is you can almost smell the model when looking and it's not roses I'm smelling but sweaty butt crack since you cannot stand up with that much weight and not sweat from the exertion.
