I think it's one of the early '80s Dodge "K" cars or what came right after.
The original k-turds all had recessed rectangular headlights except for the last generations, those had straight up and down.
The very last ones, the 1990s Lebaron, had a more aerodynamic look like this, but were rounded with the car body with a few others being sold with more rounded headlamps.
This looks like one of those last-gen AMC Eagle Premier or a Volvo (which the Premier was copying.) The premier was about the quality of a 1970 Chrysler, so the point is moot there.
I'm not too up to speed on Dodges/Chryslers/Plymouths after ~1973 and didn't follow them closely. The Volare was a great car (with a slant 6).
The Slant-6 was a good engine, but the F body platform was way too heavy. I had a Aspen (Dodge version of the Volare) with a 318, and it was just enough to make the car move.
