Yeah, buying tomatoes or fruit at the store in the middle of winter usually results in low quality food so I always try to buy in-season. However, I also have a indoor hydroponic system so I can grow some of my own food year round and it's great. I wonder how she would feel about that? It uses water, electricity, nutrients, etc..
