A few things this may accomplish. Who votes for what in the House, who votes for what in the Senate, if it passes of course Biden won't sign it, so then is there any attempt to override his veto, who votes for what in the House, who votes for what in the Senate. Unlikely to pass is right, but more exposure of GOPe duplicity for the normies consumption.
