the simple solution is genuinely just passive natural cloud seeding over the equator, use solar colector systems to heat spots in equitorial waters away from major flow chaneles to the poles to create higher humidity to seed clouds that will fly above the 20 degrees on either side of the equator, just make clouds service as a sun umbrella for the equator, global temperatures will probably crash in a decade if we set them up off the east coasts of yet again melanesia, south america and a few non equatorial locations that would see clouds drift out into the vast ocean like of the east coast of yemen madagascar, that one cold, uninhabited island really far west of australia and east of madagascar, there is probably a section of the sea in that are with little flora we could try seeding with kelps that would likely produce oxygenation and humidity, carve that mid australian canal to green central australia would put clouds to sea also, and throw one of these solar accumulator arrays onto north east new zealand. the accumulator is just an array designed to focus sunlight on a spot just off the coast with more still water the goal is to heat a section passively with a big lens and make it become water vapor in the air, the less passive system is having tubines just shoot sea water high into the air to hasten evaporation and increase humidity, the accumulator system could be converted to create steam in a reservoir and use that energy to spin the turbines if the passive option doesn't work as well. this is a simple and cheap system we could build globally for the same cost as trump's border wall and it would work and we have known it since the 70s.
