I love that the climate wackos tried to use a ladder.

These lads have never used a ladder before in their life, maybe never even seen one. It appears they don't realize the ceiling is about 40 feet high and they only have a 12-foot ladder.

Spray some in the balloons before filling them, if they try to pop them it makes it worse.

Agreed on the skunk spray. Constant or consistent nuisance calls for the address can take care of them too.
