Plants need it to grow. More plants is more oxygen. I am certain nature is self balancing. Falling state humanity is stupid. If space is real then no aliens because we are not intelligent enough to communicate.

Their plan is simple - less carbon = less trees/plants = less/smaller fruit/veg = less food all around = starvation = population control and/or reduction.

It was first pointed out as high levels correlating with warming climates in the past - though later analysis seems to show it lagging behind the climate by a couple hundred years.

I tend to believe that it causes warming, though likely to a smaller extent than claimed and that even if warming occurred it wouldn't be quite as disastrous as portrayed. On top of that, even if you believe their models, those models show a logarithmic curve to the effect; additional CO2 causes limited additional warming. You'd have to pretty much eliminate combustion entirely to stop the warming.
