get a custom loaf made for yourself and omit the egg. i would add her own lard in the recipe. this batch was made to accomodate someone's preferences, so we all live with it.
egg is wonderful for the hair. if you have a mild/moderate egg allergy, it isn't like eating eggs. the ratio of egg to soap is a very low percentage, thus minimizing reactions. with La Gioia soap a friend of mine said, "am i supposed to eat this or shower with it?" when he was reading the ingredients. with the high concentration of grass fed tallow, it is going to condition the skin and help with the harsh winter ahead.
her latest batch of "Bathed in Buttermilk" is one of the finest goat's milk soaps i have ever experienced. and it's a buck cheaper because of the shape. the Clean Slate bar will wake you up and smells good.
