Rome is the ‘beast’ (Kingdom) which the ‘harlot’ ‘woman’ (apostate church) rides, she proclaims herself to be, and has historically always been known as, the city of 7 hills. She is the temporal power who claims rule over all the cities you rightly say claim to be set upon 7 hills, and over all the world, and over the world above, and over the world below as signified by the triple crown.
And you conveniently ignore Rev 11. You are wrong and call Jesus' bride a harlot, you;ll face the Lord to explain yourself.
Re the harlot “Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!” The harlot persecuted the apostles. That's your clue when the harlot existed. Rome was pagan at the time of the apostles, there was persecution and many martyrs. Acts of the Apostles tells you about the persecution of Christians by the jews. The harlot allies with the Beast to persecute the apostles and saints.
