You do realize that what jews refer to as the 'torah' is just what Christian's call the 'Old Testament'. I've never once heard a Christian call the 'Old Testament' the Torah when not specifically discussing Jews. Anyways the difference between these texts lies in the fact we don't torture chickens to death in an attempt to 'trick God'. We also don't mutilate and suck on baby dick... that too is an important difference I feel we should recognize.
