"Jew" was a nickname given to the nomadic tribe that moved into the land of Judah after the true Judahites (who were white. Adam was white, Abraham was white, all Hebrews were white) were chased out by the Babyloneans/Assyrians (forget which one it was). Later on in history, the Khazar empire, a pagan nation, would find themselves caught between the powerful armies of Christianity and Islam. To avoid being obliterated they decided to become "Jews", mass importing rabbis (Sephardics) who taught them the arts of hand-rubbing and usury. These Khazars became the Ashkenazi people we all know and love today. I doubt that Jesus was a blue-eyed ice giant, because those guys migrated north long before he showed up. But he was definitely white, being a member of the tribe of Judah as the bible says.
