Without watching the video, I will just point out that God rested on the 7th day. All of our calendars have Sunday as the first day of the week and Saturday as the last day of the week.

The Sabbath in the Bible was always on Saturday. The Sunday practice was invented out of whole cloth by the Pope, for reasons that can charitably be described as "unchristian".
