Christians who become wicked and sinful will be severely punished for their sins in this life, and may also lose their rewards in Heaven. However once someone accepts Jesus as their saviour, they are saved forever.
And then there's reprobates, who cannot get saved.

Judas was never saved from the beginning, because he never believed in Jesus. He only pretended to. You should read through the Gospels and see the evidence for yourself. He had planned to betray him to the pharisees all along and Jesus knew it.
The Apostle Peter denied Christ three times in front of the pharisees and yet he never lost his salvation.

hell is eternal separation from the Lord for all those who rejected Christ as their saviour.

A true believer in Christ is written into the book of life. I will still be judged by God according to my works, but I will never lose my salvation.
Gehenna, Hades, Purgatory, etc is all made up pagan hogwash from false teachers pretending to be Christians. None of this is rooted in the Bible (the real one i.e. 1611 KJV, not false versions)
You either trust in yourself to get saved, or you put your faith 100% in Jesus no matter what.
