It goes both ways to me personally.

God Fearing - There's the term "no rest for the wicked" and in the Christian Bible when you should fear. At least how I view it personally myself.

God Loves You - This is true as well, but don't be wicked and/or fall into certain aspects / certain parts of the Christian Bible either.

God's Son Jesus Christ even showed at times when he was upset / unhappy or mad for that matter at something.

Jesus Christ flipped tables. Jesus Christ got mad at times and did something to show it like flipping a table.

Matthew 21:12

Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves.
