I seem to recall this pertained to the priest class, and not the everyday worshiper. I could be wrong. But I think it's where Paul/Timothy got their list for those who can go into ministry, as well as the list of sinful people who will not inherit the kingdom of God if they continue down their path. Cutting or mutilating your junk is not an unforgivable sin, assuming you repent to the Lord in faith.

Matthew 19:10-12

10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. 11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given. 12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother’s womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

Eunuchs were forbidden from participating in the priest hood, not from entering the Kingdom of heaven.

There are still some ambiguities. For example, where does this leave men with vasectomies? Men who had one ball removed due to an accident? Does circumcision count as "emasculation by cutting" (I've read jews did it to mark their slaves)?

If your balls get crushed, you go to hell. No exceptions, no excuses. "Accident?" You should have been more careful to protect what God gave you.

Also you didn't answer about circumcision (skin cut off, not entire penis) nor vasectomy (balls "unplugged," not crushed)

Well, I'm not a theologian. I would have to study for years to learn how the Creator of the universe feels about "unplugged" balls. But it's certain He hates it when they are crushed. He says so right there in His book.
