As a post cursor argument to my other post , does it become a sin to disown/get disowned by my parents? Should I be reaching out to them, or should I simply stop and let it go? The bible does say to respect the parents, but it also says the parents should respect the kids or they shall be forsaken by them. So now I'm kinda curious how this works

And what do you think the yoke means in this context
