How would one go about consolidating Romans 13 and Rev 14:6-11?

A good Christian must submit to authority and yet the mark will come from a place of authority and is a sin to take.

Could you clarify? Romans 13:7 or Revelations 13:7 or 14:7?

Romans 13:7, KJV: "Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour."

Rev 13:7, KJV: "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations."

Rev 14:7, KJV: "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters."

Sorry for the ambiguity. Romans 13:7:

Romans 13:7, KJV: "Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour."

What is due to Satan? What is due to his servants? What is due to worshippers of Moloch? Not respect and tribute, assuredly.

I agree. We render allegiance and tribute to those it is DUE.

We do not honor evil. Ever.

13:7 is not a bend over and get raped clause.

Surely not. Well I suppose that answers that, thank you.

It's also worth noting that the bit about God appointing rulers is true. Some are good, and some are abysmal tyrants because the normies only learn the hard way. The Old Testament is full of examples of the stiff-necked Israelites whoring after false gods and adopting the practices of their wicked neighbors. God would then send a prophet to warn them to knock it off, but most wouldn't listen. God would then let them learn the hard way from a foreign or domestic tyrant.

Those of us with ears to hear already got the memo and don't need a tyrant appointed over us for educational purposes.
