No. There are certain characteristics described in Daniel and Revelation that clarify who the Harlot and beast are. The Harlot is a false church, a one world, universal church. That false church sought to change the times and laws of God (see Daniel 7:25) and at the end times (in 6th year, 6th month, 6th day) mankind will have turned his back on God, be worshipping the sun, and practicing idolatry (see Ezekiel 8, particularly 13-16). The harlot has poured out her abominations on the world and worn out the saints. Who did all that? Constantine outlawed Sabbath keeping, imposed Sunday worship, and merged paganism with early Christianity. Later popes had three entire regions of the Roman Empire genocided to control access to the Gospel (Daniel 7:8). Catholic means universal. Catholics mix scripture with tradition instead of sticking with scripture and following Christ. Catholicism also teaches praying to Mary, saints, and Angels which is a leftover from paganism and a practice forbidden in the Bible thus they practice and promote idolatry. The false jews are part of the beast system, the world system, but the Bible tells us the false church rides the beast. Jesuits are everywhere.
