Needless to say, his theology is terrible. Can't wait to get more imaginary internet points so I can block him.

Why are you intentionally making enemies here? This only serves to divide us, which is exactly what the commies want.

intentionally making enemies

You believe that my behavior divides us. I believe that his behavior divides us - and in a much more serious and eternal way.

You may disagree with me about what constitutes divisive commie tactics, but don't act like you're better than me because you draw the line differently.

You actively attacked someone, and honestly believe you are not sowing division? All you had to do was ignore him, but you attacked him and encouraged others to join your attack

God is big enough to defend himself when needed. What is at issue here is your inability to charitably dialogue with someone you disagree with.

That is a strange way to put it, especially considering that the focus of my disagreement with the guy is his insistence that he is the Almighty. I oppose - which you will call "attacking" - Steven Furtick for doing the exact same thing. Is there nothing worth [verbally] fighting for, in your eyes?

God is big enough to defend himself.

You are very quick to wash your hands of any responsibility in, say, the prescription of 2 Corinthians 10:5, namely

We DEMOLISH and every pretention that sets itself against the knowledge of God.

That is what I do. You sit there and call me uncharitable, label it "attacking" (as if malicious), and otherwise just get in the way. No, dudedad is not the biggest threat to any of our faith, but he is a nuisance and I have no problem calling him such.
