It matters not. The sacrifice is still the same, even if the worshippers aren't even aware that they are worshipping, or who is receiving their sacrifices.

Maybe not, but their practitioners could use about 62 grains of CuPb applied to the forehead. Stat. Sure cure for all that ails them. I guarantee it.
