I've heard people saying that since the vax alters your DNA you are marked an no longer in gods image. Do you believe that? If I took any medication that altered my DNA would that also mark me?

I get that, but my question is kind of jumping into a slightly different direction. I was given a medication that almost certainly adducted my DNA. I'm curious if this means anything as far as Christianity is concerned.
