“A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth. It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart. Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better. The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth. It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools. For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity. Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart. Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.” ‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭7:1-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If Christians only ever preach peace, then evil has already won. What will make you preach the good fight?

Where's your line in the sand? If you can't name it, you don't have one.

If you won't stand for morality, you are bereft of it.

Be careful of those who use the words of Our Lord to pacify you against evil. That you do nothing is all evil needs to succeed.

I won’t take a vaccine, I won’t rest on Sunday, I won’t comply with anti-biblical mandates/laws/statutes. I pray all the time for guidance on the appropriateness of “justified violence” because my human nature is blood thirsty; but I don’t believe God wants us doing that. I’m far from pacified, but I fear God more than wicked men.

There's a point where we're selling our cloaks for a sword. I'm pretty sure we're supposed to offer every opportunity to avoid that. But when evil knocks on your door.. Persistently.. And threatens your livelihood, and your family..

It becomes time to stop ignoring it.

Too many otherwise good Christians will fail at this. They have no line.

-Our sheep, and they've been led astray.
