That wasn't the point of me posting it. I was surprised that they would even consider or accept the conclusion, that was made, as a possibility. I do agree that if you don't believe the whole claim, there's no point holding on to pieces of it. If it's not true, then it's better to write something new, especially if it's not even relevant to us as a people- if that's even necessary. Obviously the Bible is a religious text, and not some form of scientific study. The claim is that the Creations Story is from God through Moses, which requires a big leap of faith.
The human race did not descend from a single man
I am confused because the Evolution-pushing Scientific Academia published a study that stated we all share a common ancestor-couple, that means we did "descend from a single man," it's just that they are saying that man descended from a long line of organisms, animals & archaic hominids. It's the "Out of Africa" theory though, so I suppose you must have a heretical view, different from the Academia.
I personally can't ever consider Atheism as a possibility now, because no one is able to explain a resolution to the issues I have with it. I don't think it's beneficial for me to be an Atheist either, it's a catalyst for behaviour that is unhelpful, because it cements me as nihilistic, despondent and listless, to the core.
who was made out of clay and then magically transformed into flesh.
But what is "magic" or "magical"? It's just something people don't understand. Our technology would be seen as magic to our ancestors. When the premise is that there is an eternal creator God outside of all creation, heavenly or physical, then by what logic am I saying "that's impossible"? Why wouldn't such a being be able to formulate the necessary particles into cells from the atoms, or 'dust'. that was once clay? I suppose once you engage in that kind of thinking though, people could claim all sorts of crazy things with that premise, and that's why it's a problem.
The Hebrews adopted it from the Babylonians when they were held captive in Babylon.
They adopted it specifically when they were held captive in Babylon?
They were already "Judeans" at that point, so are you saying they had no real "Genesis" book before that point?
I would assume, that if they adopted it, they would have adopted it prior to that point.
I'm guessing you believe that the Jewish timeline is correct, and that the Judeans are essentially descendants of the MENA "Native Canaanites," because the Exodus story is a fabrication too as there's no evidence of them being there at the time they state, correct?
Why would the populace there decide to write a fanfic about milk-drinking pastoralist colonisers from Egypt?
Also, you know that the Latin/ Greek Alphabet is adopted from Phoenicians, and the Phoenician Alphabet is clearly based off of Egyptian Hieroglyphs, so are you saying that our Alphabet comes from Hither Asiatics? If so, I'd also assume that you think Babylonians were always MENA, that means you believe they are superior to us? I mean the Babylonians/ Sumerians apparently developed the various systems required for complex societies/ civilisation and engineered a great deal of inventions.
