This is saying that the Judahites, like Philo, are not to be elevated above the "Lost Sheep" IE the Lost Tribes of Israel (who were scattered amongst their "Ethnos," the Shem-descended people, meaning they were scattered from Greece, to Rome, to Europe, all the Phoenician Trading Routes). They are to drop their "Greek" or "Scythian" and their "Judean," and become one people, one nation united under Christ/ God.
