Wrong. According to the parable of the good samaritan our neighbor is the person who is kind to us. We should be neighborly, but we should only love those who are kind to us.
So...the OP was saying be kind to everyone based on the parable of the good samaritan, interpreting EVERYONE as our neighbors. I was pointing out that is not true. I said nothing about the groups you mentioned. We should love our enemies, but love does not always equal lovey dovey. You might respect your enemys humanity and treat them in a way that reflects that, whatever the circumstance.
