Daily Devotional

July 31

33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? - Romans 11:33-34 (KJV)

What true statements these are, as the wisdom and knowledge of God are so great, that there is really no end to it. If you will study the bible (God’s Word) you will find out, that with the help of the Holy Spirit, you can continue to learn new truths every time you read a passage. The depth of God’s wisdom has no end, as you just keep getting new thoughts every time you read the bible. Of course you must be born again (John 10:9-10), and have the Holy Spirit within you, or you will not be able to understand the things of God. If you need help understanding how to be saved, visit our web site and the link “The Gospel”, and it will help you to know what to do for salvation.

Even though we, who are born again, have the very mind of Christ in our new spirits (1 Corinthians 2:16), we can not fully access it. We now only see as looking through a dark glass (1 Corinthians 13:12), but when we see Jesus again, we will know all things. Until He comes again, we have the bible to study, and as we get new revelations we come closer and closer to knowing the truths of His Word. I encourage you to visit our web site and read our “New Revelations” web page, as the Lord has been revealing some new truths to us that have not been known to us before. Praise God, that He has given us His Word, and the Holy Spirit to help us understand it. Thank you Jesus!
