40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: - Matt 25:40-41 (KJV)
Jesus has been teaching about the final judgment, where the Shepherd (Jesus) will separate the sheep from the goats (saved from the unsaved) (Matthew 25:31-32). Jesus makes it clear that how we treat His saints, He considers it is, as if we were doing it to Him. This is why Jesus said that the world would know His disciples by how they treat each other (John 13:34-35), and you can not truly love God if you don’t love your brother (1 John 4:21), for God is love (1 John 4:8). When we show mercy and love to our fellow humans, God sees it, and takes it personal, just like we were doing it for Him. If we, who are born again, would truly love our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:39), and keep our faith in the grace that Jesus brought us and always obey Him (Hebrews 5:9), we would be sure and be among His sheep and on His right hand (saved) when He gives the final judgment (if we don’t blasphemy the Holy Ghost (Matthew 12:31-32)).
You don’t want to be one of the goats (cursed) at this last judgment (Matthew 25:33), and all the signs of the end times are showing now, so watch and be ready for Jesus to come again (Luke 21:36). To think of spending eternity in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:15), along with the devil and his angels (Revelation 20:10), is a horrifying thought. If you have not been truly born again go to our web page “The Gospel” and get right with the Lord before His return, as it will then be to late. Don’t be a goat. Praise God for our salvation, and all He has done for the believers.
