“Give thanks unto the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face continually. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;” ‭‭1 Chronicles‬ ‭16:8-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I have a really hard time speaking of His works and the gospels with everyone. I know that it is our duty as Christians to spread the gospel and glorify Him to others, but I feel that it will always fall on deaf ears. I pray on this often for the courage to do so.

After much thought and prayer, I guess I just need to speak it as if it were just common sense and widely accepted in the world; because it seems as if that is the what the world does with its philosophies. I am always amazed at how easily and nonchalant the world is with asserting flawed philosophies and spirituality to strangers, as if it were proven fact.

Maybe take the SJW approach next time that happens as an icebreaker: 'Did you just assume my religion, bruh?"

All joking aside, what are your thoughts?

It definitely feels to me like I am, in a way, acting ashamed of my Father when I dont offer up the good news deeply with others. And we all know how that ends up...

Yeah I share the struggle. It’s the time in earth’s history where His message will be the least received; but also the time it is most needed. I try to find the mustard seeds. Think of small biblical truths that counter someone’s current understanding in hopes that it will encourage them to find more.
