30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. 31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. - Prov 31:30-31 (KJV)
A truly beautiful woman is certainly one that reverences (feareth) the Lord, and has been born again. Physical beauty may attract the unsaved men of the world, but a born again woman will be appealing to the Christian man who is walking in the Spirit and not in the flesh. Those women who flatter you with their words, and appear beautiful in the flesh, are not necessarily beautiful in their hearts. We are not to be unequally yoked together with infidels (2 Corinthians 6:15). If you find one that is truly beautiful inside and out then wonderful, but pay attention to the inside beauty most of all. Remember that the fruit that a woman shows (her actions), will show what she is like in the heart – evil actions, evil heart – godly actions, good heart (Proverbs 23:7).
When a woman is a blessing to you, by having a good heart, you need to be sure and bless her back. The actions (works) that a good woman does, will cause her to be praised in the world (gates), and she will have many who love her. The woman, who truly loves the Lord, will try to be holy in all her actions (1 Peter 1:15), and will become a blessing to all that know her. She will not gossip, or be a busy body, but will take good care of her children and family, and serve everybody as if she were doing it for the Lord (Romans 12:11). Praise God for the truly Christian women of this world, as they are a blessing beyond measure.
