10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. (Luke 12:10 KJV)
Blasphemies against the Holy Ghost are more than sin, as it is a rebellion against God, and is a very serious offence. This statement by Jesus is also recorded in Matthew 12:31-32 and Mark 3:28-29, and would not have been said by Jesus unless it is very important. To better understand this, and for a current occasion, please visit our web site page “New Revelations” so you can understand it more completely. This revelation was given to me directly by the Holy Spirit in answer to a question I had on a preacher’s testimony in Africa. I have never heard anyone preach this before, so I believe it to be a very important revelation, and it makes several other scriptures in the bible make sense, where before they seemed inconsistent with other scriptures.
Blasphemy can be just making your mind up that you will not do what the Holy Spirit is telling you to do, thereby rebelling against Him. It also can be blaming God for the things that the devil does, or giving the devil credit for what God does, and many are teaching that God controls everything therefore He is responsible for the works done by the devil. As you will see from the “New Revelations” given to me, it can cause a born again Christian to be sent to hell, as well as causing God’s judgment to come upon them. For this reason, all Christians need to be very careful to never refuse to do what the Holy Spirit tells us we must do, as we can be blotted out of the book of life (Revelation 3:5). If you are in rebellion against Him, you will not go to heaven, even if you have been born again and full of the Holy Ghost. Wow!
