27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.- Heb 9:27-28 (KJV)

Once Adam sinned by eating of the fruit of the tree of good and evil, disobeying the command of God, his sin brought death into the world, and corruption of the entire world (Genesis 3:6). We now know that we will all die once, and then when Jesus comes again, there will be a final judgment of all people, and the unsaved will be cast into the lake of fire, which is the second death (Revelation 21:8). Praise God that Jesus came and redeemed us, who believe in Him, so that we will not be condemned in the final judgment (Revelation 20-6). Jesus bore our sins when He died on the cross, and took on the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2). We therefore will not be held accountable for our sins when the final judgment is given – Thank you Jesus.

Jesus sacrifice took care of all sins, for all time, not just the sins we commit before salvation (Hebrews 9:12), so our eternal redemption is complete, as long as we obey Him (Hebrews 5:9). If a born again Christian does sin, he should still confess and repent of his sin, as it lets Satan have an inroad into your body (Romans 6:16). If you will confess your sin, God is faithful to forgive it and cleanse your body (1 John 1:9), so that Satan can not have access to destroy you, as he comes for that reason (John 10:10). Many churches teach that you have to confess all your sins to receive salvation, but that is not what the bible teaches. You only have to believe in Jesus, and make Him your Lord, to obtain salvation (Romans 10:9-10). The only way you can lose your salvation, once saved, is to renounce it and become reprobate or disobeying Jesus, as your sins have been all paid for – but you can still be sent to hell for blasphemy against the Holy Ghost or not obeying Jesus, even if born again (See “New Revelations” link on web site). Praise God for His mercy, grace and love in providing for our salvation!
