In the judgment men will not be condemned because they conscientiously believed a lie, but because they did not believe the truth, because they neglected the opportunity of learning what is truth. PP 55.2

Is this a quote from Ellen G. White? I had never heard of her... that's a pretty dense book she wrote.

Yes it is from her. I had just discovered her writings this past year, and I am astounded with her works and understandings of Scripture. She is both loved and hated by many; when you read her material, it becomes apparent why and who are the ones who disregard her works. It is as the axiom goes, "If you think you have found truth, and it didn't hurt, you didn't find the truth."

If you decide to look into her works, 'The Spirit of Prophecy' volumes are a crash course through the Scriptures and history.

Enjoy.
