“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:20-22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Interesting video with great insight for the 7 times 70 principle that is repeated in the bible.

From this verse, it looks like we are to forgive our brothers of Cain during their probationary ruling period, because it was authorized by God, after all. However when their probation has passed, they will be utterly destroyed and God's people shall remain.
