He speaks vaguely about following the cloud (he's not sure if that makes any sense). He will consult God and "command" his followers.
He want's his followers on their knees three times a day, and he's soliciting pics.
I hear a few jokes in there and figure he's at best delusional, and at worst manipulative.

Yea, it is kind of vague. I'd have suggested organizing a retreat, or visit various knights of Columbus councils first to get some feedback from the laity on what he could do that would be best.
