30 There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord. - Prov 21:30 (KJV)

The Lord’s wisdom is so far above our human wisdom, that it should not even be compared (Romans 11:33). Look at how Jesus answered the questions from the Pharisees and Lawyers, when they questioned Him. His answers were so profound that they quit asking Him any questions (Matthew 22:46). Just think that we, who are born again, have that same wisdom living inside us in our new Spirits. As we learn to tap into this wisdom and understanding, we can have the knowledge of God in our lives – Wow! How awesome that we have the mind of Jesus living inside our new Spirits (1 Corinthians 2:16).

Us humans don’t like to acknowledge that God has a superior intellect than we do, so we are always thinking we can improve on the ways of the Lord – WRONG! We tend to take counsel together and try to improve on God’s ways (Psalms 2:2), and many times it appears that the ungodly are doing better than the godly. But God laughs at the carnal ways that us humans think (Psalms 2:4), as His ways are so much higher than our ways will ever be. No counsel against the Lord will ever prosper in the long run, as all our human knowledge is vain in the Lord’s sight. If you want to walk after the wisdom of God, just renew your mind by reading His Word (Romans 12:2), and you will learn His ways and wisdom. God has given us so much by grace, and we need to learn to use all He has given. The most powerful gift, after our salvation, is the Holy Spirit that lives within us, and if we will learn to follow the leading of the Spirit, He will lead us into all truths (John 14:26). What wonderful promises we have from God, and learn what they are, and how to make them come into being, and you will live the prosperous, healthy, blessed life that God wants His children to experience. Praise God!
