Usually Christians should turn the other cheek. But sometimes you need to drive the money lenders out of the Temple. This is one of those times. We need warriors for Christ. I'm not talking about the Christ that is kind to birds and little children, I'm talking about the Christ with flaming eyes and a flaming sword who descends to Earth to open a can of whoop-ass on sinners. We need to be the soldiers of that Christ. Unless we fight for our freedom, we will be made into slaves.

Wasn't it Peter who did exactly as designed in this original post? Jesus repaired the ear of the accoster and rebuked Peter and commanded him to put back his sword. "Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword." Matthew 26:52 KJV

Jesus repeatedly stated to His disciples that the time for His Kingdom has not yet come. We are continuing to stumble in the same misunderstandings of the original disciples in thinking that there will be a temporal kingdom restored here upon earth before the close of probation.

We are in the final days of his Judgment, but He has not yet come in His Glory. God's people will continue to be ruled over and surrounded by heathens and pagans due to our lack of obedience to God.

God is Just and Merciful. He cannot tolerate our transgressions and continue to provide His people with a safety hedge. This would nullify His Justice and mar His unchanging character.

If we want to be freed from the oppression of corrupt nations/governments/rulers etc., we need to return our loyalty to God by following His Son - keeping His Commandments. God removes the giants before His people.

This is not our war; Satan has been warring with God from the beginning. Satan being unable to overcome Christ, attacks Christs followers. We do not, by our own ability, have the power to overcome Satan; but if we call upon Christ, He alone has the power.

If it isn't our war, whose war is it? We are the ones being attacked and suppressed by the lies of the godless left. God helps those who help themselves, and until the people rise up against the illegitimate regime of the Democrats and their fascist cohorts in big tech and the media, we will continue to slip into greater and greater slavery. That's where we're headed, into slavery by another name. Those who don't fight for their lives die. A religion that teaching you to accept your death without a fight is a false religion.

This is Satan's war against God. We are neither of the two; however we all have an Advocate who is Christ, our Redeemer. If we were meant to fight and do works of our own accord, why would we need a Redeemer? It defies logic and the reason He came to offer His sacrifice in the first place.

We are headed for dark times, and it is truly unfortunate, but we were promised that this world is not our kingdom. And if we are to hold to the Savior's word, we should not be surprised to be persecuted for His sake.

“Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Any shedding of blood from Christ's crucifixion on would be a nullifying of our redemption.

Non compliance is our weapon.
