We currently live in a degenerate Babylonesk culture so while breaking from the current orthodoxy sacrifices will need to be made. For me after a while the sacrifices dont seem like sacrifices but just a way of being. Trying to be on the good foot. To find the higher path. The way. I learn things then over time inadvertently wander away then struggle to find the path again.often times relearning or refreshing the same lessons of the past. I swear im 1/2 retarded. To be fully functional in a dysfunctional society is not common. Pull the wool over your own eyes and find solace in your own delusions. Success is a mind game, it all comes down to perspective. Jesus said we all have him in us. We all know whats right and wrong. Dont let mans law or custom fool you from what you know. Do you really believe Christ wants this? That he is so egotistical that he needs you to worship him, and put him above the needs of your fellow human beings? Did Jesus put worship above the needs of the people while he was alive? It seems to me that he helped people when then needed help.

That's what makes a real Christian, not ceremonies. I will hazard to suggest that most of the people who think they are Christians, and who think they are saved, are neither, because they don't follow the teachings of Jesus in their own lives.

I know that my opinions disagree with standard Roman Catholic and Prostatant dogma, but they are my opinions, not just echoes of the opinions of dead men. I approach Christ seeking truth.

Nobody really hates niggers for their skin color -- they are hated for their bad behavior. For their sins, to use the biblical term. As far as I can see, Christians not only can hate sinfulness, they are required to hate sinfulness. Jesus drove the money lenders out of the Temple with a scourge. I doubt he had love in his heart for them at that moment. He was hating their sin, and he was hating them for their sinfulness. But if they ceased their sinful ways, Jesus would have forgiven them and embraced them as brothers.
