I disagree (different perspective on Satan). BUT, it IS unclear in some ways IN the Bible. My take? Satan screwed Eve (and Adam) producing CAIN. Cain DOES NOT have Adam in his lineage Genesis Ch 4, and Adam DOES NOT have Cain in his lineage Genesis Ch 5 (chapters may be reversed (memory) but that is location of BOTH lineages).
Satan is said to come peacefully and prosperously, but ALSO furiously in other parts of the Bible. Sure, the trubulation was ORIGINALLY scheduled for 3.5 years, BUT was shortened in Revelation (lest we ALL succumb) to 5 months. NOT sure how that impacts Satan's plans.
Also. Going into lake of fire? ETERNAL torment(s) for ALL? Or just up in smoke (forever)? Bible says both? Depending on how evil you were? Also apochraphal writings have claimed everyone (except satan?) EVENTUALLY (re-education?) gets IN to heaven. I don't know you but, there are CERTAIN people (in heaven) I probably don't WANT around (singing AT God ALL DAY?). Anyway the conditions and practices of all of that is unclear to me.
Also. Satan had 1/3 of the angels in his pocket during the FIRST EARTH AGE (no flesh) before the CATABOL. The fallen angels (screwed women, producing GEEBER (giants)), CAUSED the great flood.
Satan WAS made (by God) the "full measure" (talents, skills, strength, speed, intelligence)....and apparently PRIDE (in himself) caused him to CLAIM the mercy seat (NOT the Cherubum Role, but CHRISTS role). Did God CREATE him as EVIL? Or was that an unfortunate SIDE EFFECT of being created to much BETTER than most everyone else? Oversight on God's part?
(no I don't believe (EVIDENCE in the Bible) that God is OMNISCIENT (knows everything), OMNIPOTENT (alll powerful), OMNIPRESENT (everywhere at once).) I don't think that is EVER claimed in the Bible. SURE, he is FAR better at ALL of those things than WE (nobodies) are, but he HAS repented of choices he made, he has "tested" faith (not KNOWN), he has manifested in SINGLE places in the Bible.
Anyway. Good to "see" you made it here. I'm thebearfromstartrack from voat.
Good to be here. Love you anyway. Love, Pastor Joe.
