I would say because that is what God has told us, but I think that would probably be missing the point you are making. So please teach me some Pickled.
It is revealed in the verse you linked.
God "is" love. The actual act. The emotion. The desire/feeling. We deceive ourselves thinking we have love naturally of ourselves. We do not.
It comes from God. Even to those who do not know God, their love comes from God.
What does scripture tell us will happen at the end? Christ will stand up and declare "He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still."
Probation will close. The spirit of God will cease all intercession with the wicked. God is love.
If God is love and the spirit of God ceases to work on the hearts of the wicked, what is the result? What action/feeling will leave them?
So you feel that ‘the time of Jacob’s trouble’ is synonymous with the ending of probation? I haven’t found that, could you show me where it is written?
Well of course it is. It is the time period when Gods unmingled wrath is poured out. The 7 last plagues. Brought on by the mark of the beast crisis.
The mark of the roman churches authority beast is passed into law. Speak (legislate) and cause(enforce). All men must choose who to obey. Gods law or mans. When the final case is determined, when the final choice of whom to serve is decided, that is the moment Christ stands up and delivers those lines.
Probation has ended. Right then. The pleading of Gods spirit ceases and withdraws from the wicked. They are sealed in their iniquity. Just as the righteous are sealed by God.
God is love. If God withdraws His spirit from the wicked, they will cease to have love. It will be a time such as never been on the earth. When the spirit of God no longer strives with the lost.
Suppose we can do a verse by verse of this, but it hardly seems necessary. But you asked, so if you wish after reading this, still not understanding or believing what is being said is 100% biblical, ill make one and post it later.
