I'm surprised they replace the screen on site (in the persons home) rather than just replace the unit. Seems like a potential nightmare when not in a controlled environment (lab). Also don't see how it would be cost effective. Mind you the customer preferred part swapping to complete replacement. Personally I would go for complete replacement. But that's all beside the point of course.

The Bugman is a total piece of shit. Just as well the customer had the forethought to hook up a camera.
