Story is this repair guy for Samsung replaced a defective screen multiple times over months then decided to fix the issue a different way.

I wouldn’t have wanted this weirdo coming back after the first time.

Wouldn't be surprised if this sort of thing happens all the time.

I'd love to see the rest of the video. When the bugman 'discovers the cut'.

Yeah, watching him bold faced lie to the guy would really add another dimension to it.

Samsung products and customer service suck. I bought a samsung washer and dryer that looked to be rated pretty well. At one point in time, someone put in a piece of metal that damaged the diaphragm around the door, so I paid to replace it.

The first time after the repair, they left the washer internals disconnected. The second time, the tightened the drum so tightly that it started tripping breakers. The third time, they loosened it so much that the diaphragm shifted. After the third time, they said it was out of the "fix" warranty so I would have to pay for the technician to fix it out of pocket again.

0/10 not buying samsung again; their customer service is horrible.
