Chinks don't care about each other. If someone needs help, they avoid helping because they can be sued for doing so. Unless this has changed recently, if you run over someone in China, hit reverse and go finish the job because the fine/penalty for killing someone is a lot less than having to pay them compensation for the rest of their life.
