What’s the point for such an app when they already know when and where you use your phone?

I’d think another know within 2 days of your passing so no one can grift and keep getting gov money.

But is that even how China works? I don’t know.

To be abused. Possibly the phone spy device is hijacked, or someone forgets to press the button. Workers come in to collect the body. If they're still alive? No problem, a corpse can still be found.
