No non-citizen should be allowed to own ANY property in the United States either directly or by Proxy. All non-citizens should be forced to either attempt to gain citizenship to keep their property (if they have some) or to sell their property to a citizen. This will result in a market crash (but we are already heading toward one) but it will end up with a correction in the end with property prices re-adjusting to something more sane.
